After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving an order number and a summary of your order.
Orders are processed and delivered on (Monday through Saturday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

Once we have processed and dispatched your order, we will send you another email to let you know your parcel is on its way. You will also be able to see this link in your account information order history.

Return & Exchange policy


We are committed to providing the best custmer satisfaction possible.

If you receive an incorrect size or defective product within 7 days from the day you received the products, in this case please take photographs and email them to us, and once confirmed by us, You will be offered a exchange or refund, and we will be responsible for the shipping cost.


We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. You must contact us with your Order ID before sending the items back and note stating the reason for return. However, we reserve the right to charge the shipping cost. We do not pay or reimburse the costs for shipping returns back to our location. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that are in original saleable condition.


If we ship your order to you and it is undeliverable or refused by the recipient, then it will be returned to us for processing. Refused orders are costly in that they need to be picked, packed and shipped. We incur the costs for shipping both to you and for the return to us. Upon return of your order to us, we will issue credit to you for the returned order less the shipping costs.


We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package you are returning. This is for your protection, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with “proof of delivery.”  Thomassabocharmsale will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable.



The items will be delivered once via the shipping company. Before signing for the parcel, make sure that the parcel is not damaged or the items in line with the actual weight, you can sign with unanimity. If you found the items are damaged after signature, www.thomassabocharmsale.com will not be held responsible. If the parcel is signed by others, or lost by the shipping company. It is the customers responsibility to seek compensation for lost parcels and not www.thomassabocharmsale.com.
